Terms of service

These terms govern your use of WP Agent — the getwpagent.com website, the MCP service at mcp.getwpagent.com, and the WP Agent Connector WordPress plugin. By connecting an account or site, you agree to them.

1. What WP Agent is

WP Agent lets AI assistants you already use (such as Claude or ChatGPT) operate your WordPress site through tools you invoke in conversation. The assistant produces the content and decisions; WP Agent executes them against your site with the access you approved.

2. Your site, your responsibility

You must own or have authority to manage every site you connect. Actions performed by your assistant through WP Agent are your actions: review what you publish. WordPress revisions and your own backups remain your safety net — WP Agent is not a backup service.

3. Accounts & access

Accounts are created by signing in through an MCP client. Site access uses a revocable WordPress Application Password that you approve inside your own wp-admin; you can revoke it at any time. Keep control of the assistant accounts you connect — anyone using them can use your WP Agent connections.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

• The Free plan includes a monthly post allowance on one site. Paid plans raise limits and site slots. Extra site slots are add-ons to a paid plan.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Early-access pricing is kept for as long as your subscription remains active.
• If something went wrong with a purchase, email support@getwpagent.com — we handle refund requests case by case and err on the side of fairness.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use WP Agent to publish unlawful content, spam, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights; don’t attempt to breach, overload, or probe the service; don’t connect sites you aren’t authorized to manage. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your content & keys

You retain all rights to your site content. You grant us only the license needed to transmit and apply it to your site as you request. API keys you bring remain yours; usage on them is billed by your provider, not us.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for the service to be fast and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may improve, add, or retire features; if we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using WP Agent at any time — disconnect your sites and, if you wish, request account deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
